LifeOS Privacy Policy

Overview

LifeOS (“the App”) is a wellness coaching application developed by Pilot Main. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We do not sell your personal information.

Health Data (Apple HealthKit)

With your permission, LifeOS reads the following data from Apple HealthKit:

• Daily step count
• Heart rate samples
• Resting heart rate
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Sleep analysis

This data is used exclusively to power your wellness coaching insights, including your Vitality Score, biological age estimates, and personalized Life Stack recommendations.

HealthKit data is never sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for purposes unrelated to your wellness coaching.

NutriScan Images

When you use NutriScan, meal photos are sent to our servers for AI-powered nutritional analysis. Images are deleted from our servers immediately after analysis. We do not store, share, or use your meal photos for any other purpose.

Account Data

When you create an account, we store your email address and encrypted password. Your coaching data (vitality scores, Life Stack history, simulation results) is stored in your secure account and is only accessible to you.

Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.

Third-Party Services

LifeOS uses third-party AI services for NutriScan analysis and coaching recommendations. These services process data transiently and do not retain your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone within the App. Deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers, including coaching history, health data syncs, and account information. You can also request deletion by emailing support@pilotmain.com.

Children's Privacy

LifeOS is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of LifeOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
